The 111 in 1 cart for NEO GEO cabs requires a NEO GEO motherboard to run. This is an MVS cart, not an AES cart. The main goal of this board was to create a simple and cost effective board that combined many of the very popular Neo Geo Games. There are several different version of this system, from 18 in 1 to 150 in 1, and I carry this one because it is the best functioning and best bang for your dollar. This board will not work with other games in a multislot (better put, it will work and not allow the other games to work). But who needs a 4 multi slot when you have 150 games on one board
